Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the GLISORA website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Made to order & pricing

All pieces are made to order. We do not sell or charge through this website - prices are quoted individually and confirmed directly with you.

• Quotations are expressed in US Dollars unless another currency is agreed, and are based on your specification, stone quality and current market prices for diamonds and precious metals.
• Quoted prices are fair and fixed for the piece as specified, but exclude taxes, import duties and destination charges, which are the buyer's responsibility.
• Because metal and stone markets move, a quotation is valid for the period stated with it and may be revised if not confirmed in time.

Enquiries & orders

Submitting an enquiry, including via WhatsApp, does not constitute a binding order. A made-to-order piece becomes confirmed only once details and terms are agreed directly with our concierge. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry.

Payments

Production begins after payment is received as agreed at confirmation.

• Payment is made in advance by bank transfer (or another method we agree in writing), normally within 7 working days of order confirmation.
• For international wire transfers, please share the transfer confirmation (TT copy or MT-103) so we can trace the funds.
• Goods are dispatched only once funds have fully cleared in our account.

Shipping & delivery

Every piece is shipped fully insured, door to door.

• We ship through specialist secure carriers and couriers such as Malca-Amit, Brinks, FedEx and UPS, depending on destination and value.
• Insurance covers the shipment until it is delivered and signed for at your address.
• Import duties, taxes and any destination charges levied by your country are payable by the buyer and are not included in our quotation.

Product representation

We take care to present our work accurately. As pieces are hand-made and stones are natural, slight variations in colour, dimension and appearance from website imagery are inherent and to be expected - they are a hallmark of hand craftsmanship, not a defect.

Certification

Where a piece is described as featuring a certified diamond, the relevant GIA or IGI grading report refers to that specific stone. Certification documents are provided with the finished piece.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text and other content on this site are the property of GLISORA and are protected by intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services

Our website links to WhatsApp for enquiries. Your use of that service is governed by its own terms and policies, over which we have no control.

While we keep it accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the website's content, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
